Serving the Las Vegas Valley consisting of : Las Vegas, Henderson, Aliante, Canyon Gate, Desert Shores, Sun City, Summerlin, Peccole Ranch, Red Rock Country Club, Queensridge, Spanish Trails, Spanish Hills, Rhodes Ranch, Silverado Ranch, Southern Highlands, Elderado, Boulder City, Green Valley, Anthem Country Club, Seven Hills, Green Valley Ranch, MacDonald Highlands, Lake Las Vegas, Iron Mountain Ranch, Centennial Hills, ………and more………

Aliante

A brand new Master Planned Community located at the Northern edge of the Las Vegas Valley; Aliante is the first community of its kind in this part of the valley. Approximately 420 acres of the community are dedicated to recreational and public use. With such amenities as golf courses, parks and eventually 24 miles of walking trails. Aliante is truly a community in the making.

Anthem

Anthem is a master planned community located in the Southeastern portion of the Las Vegas Valley near the Black Mountain foothills. Anthem is comprised of 3 main communities: Sun City Anthem, Coventry Homes at Anthem and Anthem Country Club. Dramatic water falls, beautiful golf courses and rolling hills all serve to make this an incredibly desirable place to live. There is truly something here for everyone.

Boulder City

Boulder City was initially created to house the workers who built Hoover Dam, and as such, was a significant and integral part of the successful completion of the Boulder Canyon Project. Constructed in 1931 in the midst of the Great Depression, Boulder City was conceived by the Federal Government as an ideal town, a "model" city to which the American people could look for hope of a better future.

Today, as the city with the largest geographical area in Nevada and the only city in Nevada with no gaming, Boulder City continues to provide the extraordinary service, unyielding commitment and inviting, family-oriented atmosphere that its founders, fondly referred to today as the 31ers, envisioned over 70 years ago.

Events in Boulder City are always "happening." Check the Calendar of Events for the many activities including the Boulder City Fine Arts Festival, Spring Jamboree, Folk Festival, 4th of July Damboree Parade and Celebration , Chautauqua, Wurstfest, Art In the Park, Country Store, Doodlebug Bazaar, Christmas festivities and parade.

Canyon Gate

A luxury Golf Course Community located just west of Durango at Sahara, Canyon Gate boasts a Ted Robinson designed championship golf course complete with 12 lakes and 70 sand traps. There are just over 500 luxury homes inside the guard gated community.

Desert Shores

One of the original “lake” communities in Las Vegas, Desert Shores is home to five man-made lakes surrounded by walking and bicycle trails. The community offers a beach club, boathouse and clubhouse. Beautiful mature landscaping and lush greenery almost make you forget you are in the desert. Desert Shores offers a range of communities to choose from including gated townhomes, single family homes and luxury lake front homes.

Green Valley

Green Valley is a popular place in which to live. It boasts its own library, parks, recreation center, hike and bike trails, baseball park and much more. Most new building activity in the Las Vegas Valley is happening in the southeast part of the city and in the neighboring town of Henderson, which is home to Green Valley. More than half of the 60 model homes in the area are located in Green Valley Ranch, the final phase of the community. There is also a substantial selection of short-term rentals and corporate housing.

Lake Las Vegas, a $3.8 billion residential/resort community, features four golf courses, two of which are designed by Jack Nicklaus, and 45 custom home sites. The SouthShore course has been named by Golf Digest as one of the top 10 private golf courses in the United States. The Seven Hills development is composed of more than 40 model homes – priced from $120,000, many with elegant Italian and Mediterranean architectural features – and uniquely designed parks and trails.

The MacDonald Ranch retirement community has its own golf course, Desert Wilow, as well as a variety of outstanding amenities. The MacDonald Ranch Country Club, a new 1,200-acre golf course community, is now under construction. Closer to the center of town, the university district contains reasonably priced housing for University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) students, and an electric selection of book-stores and cafes. The new Las Vegas beltway connects the southeast part of the Valley with the rest of the city. However, with neighborhood restaurants; shopping, including the new Galleria mall; and casinos, such as the Fiesta Henderson and Sunset Station, residents need not travel more than a few minutes for business or pleasure.

Green Valley Ranch

Located to the south of Green Valley, Green Valley Ranch is the next level in master planned communities. Complete with community parks and recreation centers, new schools, libraries and walking trails galore. There are many styles of living to choose from here, but whatever you choose you are bound to be proud of the community you live in.

Henderson

Named after U.S. Senator Charles Henderson, the city dates back to the mid 1930's. It experienced rapid growth during World War II and was incorporated in 1953. Today the land area covers 80 square miles, with plans to annex more. Henderson’s theme, "A Place To Call Home," is quite appropriate. The population has increased from approximately 25,000 in 1990 to almost 200,000, making Henderson the second largest city in Nevada. Growth continues in all directions and is especially strong in the master-planned community of Green Valley.
Henderson offers quality suburban living just outside the Las Vegas scene. The city has an executive airport, 2 hospitals, an auto mall, and numerous shops, restaurants, and businesses including the Galleria Mall and Gallery Commons shopping complex. New additions include the new Costco, Sears Supercenter, Best Buy, Wal-Mart Supercenter, K-mart Supercenter, R. C. Willey, and Loew’s.

With emphasis on education, Community College of Southern Nevada and the ITT Technical School have recently expanded their campuses.

Housing starts are, of course, moving forward at a phenomenal rate to meet the demands of prospective homeowners. Buyers can choose from 200 designs offered by 30 builders, or one of the 1600+ resale homes and condos now on the market. Homes range from the low $100,000’s to the multi-millions. Two of Henderson’s more widely recognized developments are Lake Las Vegas and Anthem. When completed, Anthem will be home to more than 30,000 Henderson residents.

Lake Las Vegas

Nestled on a 320-acre privately owned lake, the largest in Nevada, Lake Las Vegas will exceed all of your expectations. Secluded yet convenient, Lake Las Vegas is home to some of the most luxurious real estate you will find anywhere. The Hyatt Regency and Ritz Carlton Resorts are located at the center of this incredible new community as are two private Jack Nicholas golf courses. You’ll know you have arrived when you call Lake Las Vegas home.

Las Vegas is a city that has something for everyone. While you are here, make sure to see all the great attractions the city of Las Vegas has to offer. Recognized all over the world, our famous Strip is where tourists can enjoy a walk in the warm desert evening, or take a stroll downtown and view a dazzling light show that spans an entire street — the Fremont Street Experience. You can also get a glimpse of amazing world famous re-creations like erupting volcanoes, the Eiffel Tower and the Sphinx of Egypt.

Las Vegas nightlife will keep you up until dawn and art displays, music and museums take you on a journey from the classic to the contemporary. Downtown Las Vegas offers an energetic display of color with a bit of nostalgia and a glimpse of the future.

If you are looking to enjoy the Wild West and our great outdoor recreation, beyond the glamour and glitter of our neon lights, we have plenty to see. There are enchanting panoramas in the Red Rock National Conservation area, Lake Mead National Recreation area and at Mount Charleston. All are only minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.

Las Vegas continuously reinvents itself, so even if you have been to our great city before you will never run out of fun things to do.

One hundred years ago Las Vegas was a small mining town containing a hand full of people. The small town experienced a major boom in the 40's during the building of The Hoover Dam. Today the Las Vegas Valley houses over 1,000,000 people. The center of town contains the majority of the hotels leaving the rest of the valley to residential community neighborhoods and small businesses.

Las Vegas is located in the southern corner of Nevada and is centered between a winter ski mountain resort and a large lake used mostly for boating, jet skiing and camping. The vast open deserts surrounding the Las Vegas area bring high thrills to any off road lover.

The mega resorts on the Las Vegas boulevard offer a wide variety of entertainment like: Theme parks, nightly shows, live music, state of the art arcades, indoor rock climbing, very low priced restaurants, all you can eat buffets and much, much more.

To accommodate the thousands of people who move here every year, the Las Vegas market offers a great number of new homes comprised of over 300 tracts each with their own different floor plans. Also available on the market, thousands of resale homes, ranging from the high 80' in lower income areas all the way up to the absolutely stunning homes on lake and mountain sides with price tags into the millions.

A large number of retirees relocate to Las Vegas every year for the warm, dry weather, low cost of living and the Sun City developments. To accommodate seniors needs, two communities were built (Sun City @ Green Valley & Sun City @ Summer Land) as suburbs to the Las Vegas area.

Sun City offers residents 65 years and over two large communities of single family residences with golf course, walking trails, stores, peace of mind and quiet.

Although Las Vegas is the largest gaming city in the world, tourism is centered around the casinos (in the center of town ) leaving the surrounding residential neighborhoods virtually untouched by its presence.

Have a great time in our wonderful city!
